Whatsapp ,facebook, internet ,innumerable number of channels on the television and print media are the main sources which are supplying infinite bytes of information daily to our mind.our mind became victim to these messengers.
If you watch a video which is almost  disturbing , immediately you will delete it from your device.
But you can't delete it from your mind.

The perception of a single person who writes about something  disturbing soon becomes viral on social messengers and becomes the perception of crores of people.The chaotic conditions already existing becomes more chaotic .

 do the following small experiment for about 2 or 3 months continuously.
Shift the checking of the news on paper or on television to the evening instead of morning.
In the morning hours do not check the facebook status ,shift it to the later hours of the day.

Use the same google search engine to find some relaxing music or mantra and start  the day peacefully .

Charging The Mind

A 100 % healthy  person has to be both physically and mentally fit.
For physical fitness we perform number of exercises,we go to gym,we go for swimming,we play different games, we practise running etc and we make our physical body well developed ,beautiful and completely fit.we make it strong and free from diseases.

Then what about mental fitness.
How to make our mind fit,healthy and empowered.
Before keeping anything in right condition it is very important to know it's present situatuion.Then only we can get it  repaired.
So here firstly we have to estimate the present situation of  the mind.
For this  you have to perform a very simple exercise and that exercise is getting  close to the mind and observing the mind.




OBSERVING THE MIND


Observing the mind is not a big deal.It is very simple.
As if you observe physical appearance of  any person some thing like  what type of dress he is wearing, how is the hair style etc.
In the same way you have to observe your mind by remaining in silence for some time.
You have to observe what thoughts are going on in the mind,where is the mind roming etc.
Very consciously read the thoughts which are going on in the mind.
Attend every thought
Identify every thought
Then very consciously sort out the thoughts .
Remember that we are doing all these things for the sake of improvement of our health .
After sorting the thoughts then catch the thoughts which are not necessary at that particular time.
Then you have to give very clear instructions to the mind." no  unnecessary thoughts "

   MIND IS A WILD HORSE

Generally people will complain that mind is like a wild horse and never listen our words.
But that is wrong.we have not trained the mind.
Just train the mind in this root and observe the magic .
Mind is like a small kid who always do lot of havoc where ever he go.Just make the Kid to learn the manners and train him properly. Then you will see the same kid sitting sincerly at a place .

If you ignore the Mind ,the momentum of the mind goes on increasing even in the sleep thoughts will be whirling .
This will squeeze away your complete energy.

In your daily busy life just take some time in between the bussy schedule and attend the mind and acknowledge what is going on in the mind.

The Karma Philosophy

There are three belief systems which we have been  listening right from our child hood ,they are

Every thing happens according to the God's will,that is God decides every thing for us.
As will be my karma so God will write my destiny.

We have seen in the earlier post that if god writes our destiny it would have been perfect and equally perfect
 but these are not happening ,our destinies are not perfect and not equally perfect  .so this belief system goes down


AS WILL BE MY KARMA SO GOD WILL WRITE MY DESTINY


According to this belief system if our karma is bad that means if we do the bad actions and if it is god who writes destiny then definitely he might have been forgiven us.
God would have been liberal as he is our father and might have been excused .
So we might have been  not faced so many consequences.
This is just like a child after doing a mistake begging the parent for forgiveness,what does the parent do , definitely he will forgive him saying that child has realised his  mistake

The same thing happens here ,daily we ask the god for forgivenes in the prayers ,if god writes our destiny no doubt he would have been forgiven us and we would have been escaped from lot of dreadful situations in our life which are actually the consequences of our bad actions but that is not happening
We are facing lot of consequences daily .
So the second belief system also goes down.
Now we are remained with the third belief system


AS WILL BE MY KARMA SO WILL BE MY DESTINY


That means iam the creator of my destiny .
Iam resposible for my emotions.
That is iam resposible for my anger,anxiety,failure and for all ups and downs
iam responsible for my destiny

No one is responsible for my destiny
In today's world most of the people are not performing their karmas (actions) properly
Then they have the destiny with all its consequences.
For example when you sow a seed,the quality of the sprout depends on the manure ,water ,sunlight you have allowed for the seed while it's growth
In the same way your destiny depends on the quality of your actions .we call these actions as karma .
That means we are building our destiny with our every thought ,feeling,words and behaviour ,we are responsible for whatever consequences we are facing now .
This is the karma philosophy.
Once you understand this philosophy,you will get the answers for many of your questions

Let us take a real life example  ...a mother is making her child to perform her home work while she was cutting the vegetables..     the child was doing a repeated mistake this made the mother irritated in the beginning and slowly the thought of   irritation turned out in to thought of  horrible anger.Immediately mother pierced the vegetable cutting knife  in to the babies stomach.
If we  observe this, the act was actually done by the toxic chemicals which are released in the mother but not by the mother .because after sometime when effect of toxic chemical decreases mother realised the mistake done by her and started weeping.

Toxic thoughts are mainly triggered because of negative approach or because of a negative thought .

Negative thoughts are that which brings you negative feeling. when you start a new work the negative approach  makes you fear about the failure . If you fall ill  Fear of a dreadful disease will catch you.
If a small problem arises negative thought will make the problem much More bigger.that means problem is not that much bigger but because of negative thought it appears to be  bigger
Next comes the waste thoughts which are absolutely waste like when you are watching a movie you will get a thought like going to a park .when you are in the park you will get a thought like go and watch television .these are not so harm ful but they make you to loose your concentration on the work you are engaged in.these are not negative but these are unnecessary thoughts .


Necessary thinking is that which makes you to think about the work you are doing at that  time this is good one which makes you to do the work perfectly but it will not allow any positive thinking and elevated thinking.

Next comes the right thought which allows you to see the the situation as it is.here when a person is in this thought he will not make the  situation negative or positive he will just allow the situation to be as it is
Positive thought is that which makes you to think positively in all situations. in this state human being will be free from negative thinking.
Elevated thoughts  are those thoughts where the human being will think high.

Situations are just passing clouds they are not the life .life is something which is beyond the situation.
Situations will not be always as expected.
If any situation is bad slowly thought of irritation starts and irritation after some time converts in to anger then it bursts out side and converts in to action.
So what we have to do now ..
Just observe the thought transforming in to different stages and catch the point where it is turning in to the horrible anger.At that stage remember  that  you have an alternative thought other than automated anger thought.switch on that alternative thought.That is instead of anger you may choose  the thought of forgiviness,being calm or you can just walk away or smile at the situation.There are number of options .
Choose the option which do not bring any change in your state of mind.

What is the basis of an ideal relationship ?
An ideal relationship between any two individuals is based on the respect .

A relationship doesn't say who you are and what type of person you are but its about
  • what kind of person I think you are, 
  • it always  says  about my thinking ,
For example if a person A has a very good chemistry with B .
If B is a very good person then he should be properly connected with  all the people in the society but that doesn't happen .
Because A develops a good image in the mind about   B as a very good person so there is a good relationship.
  • So a relationship ship is based on my thinking about you
  • If i establish a good thought about you i can have a good relationship with you other wise i can't

BUILDING AND BREAKING RELATIONSHIP DEPENDS UPON YOU

So here  the control is in your hands.
This makes you powerful.
It is in your hands either you can creat a relationship or simply you can destroy it.

 we constantly try to match these two images with the behaviour of the person .

We constantly try to change the person so that he matches with the images we created.
When we constantly try to change a person we cant really call it as respect .
When we are trying to change him we are saying him that I will respect you if you change according to me.

When ever you are creating a image about a person it must be done very consciously in order to avoid future conflicts.
When ever you built the image of a person take his bad qualities also along with good qualities.
Then the bad qualities of that person will not bring conflict in the future .
In order to avoid conflicts you have to see the person in right perspective ,it depends on the purity of your consciousness.
